The rice and beans are cooked together low and slow, allowing the beans to soften completely while the rice absorbs the seasoned stock they are both cooking in. The result is a unified dish where the earthiness of the beans and the neutrality of the rice meet somewhere in the middle, held together by a depth of seasoning that builds gradually through the cooking process rather than being added as an afterthought.
Served with beef stew to balance the savoury depth of the rice and beans. It is a plate that is complete, balanced, and deeply satisfying without trying to be anything other than exactly what it is.

Delivery Information
This is a pre-order product. Wednesday deliveries close Monday at midnight. Saturday deliveries close Thursday at midnight. Orders are prepared fresh on delivery day and cannot be made same-day. Delivery is available across Barcelona. Bulk bowls include beef and are sealed for freshness. Refrigerate on arrival and consume within 3 days, or freeze for up to 4 weeks.
